Interpersonal Skills For Leaders Program
Interpersonal skills for Leaders is a one to three day program designed to assist participants to build sustainable relationships with their team members and with their internal and external customers. It is becoming increasingly well recognised that we achieve results more effectively and efficiently through our relationships with others. This program focuses specifically on skill development in the areas of reflective listening, rapport building, developing self-awareness and respecting differences. Participants learn how to get out of their comfort zone and try on some new and more effective behaviours.
Goals for the Program
- Develop effective communication skills that can be applied in a wide variety of contexts and situations.
- Identify ways in which their current skills and abilities can be enhanced by building stronger relationships with staff and clients.
- Generate a willingness to be self-aware and seek feedback with the purpose of eliminating ineffective behaviours and communication strategies.
